Lightweight Natural Stone honeycomb panels offer excellent options for almost any construction project where you’re looking for that LUXURIOUS natural stone look, but without the cost and weight or fragility that typically accompanies it.

Our panels use a thin piece of natural stone veneer (typically around 5mm thick) which is attached to a special aluminium honeycomb backing panel that provides incredible strength and durability.

These panels are crafted by adhesion thin layers of stone to lightweight honeycomb cores, resulting in a product that is both strong and lightweight. Recommended thickness for different scenarios：
For external curtain wall, the thickness of stone is 4-5mm,the thickness of aluminium honeycomb panel is >25mm;
Internal wall, stone thickness is 3-4-5mm, honeycomb panel thickness is 15mm;
Internal ceiling, the thickness of stone is 3-4mm,the thickness of honeycomb panel is 15-20mm;
Floor panels, stone thickness is 5-8mm, honeycomb panel thickness is 10-15mm.
Edge treatments: include sealing, bevelling, or adding a protective trim

PANEL MATERIAL COMPOSITION

  • Material: Natural stone

  • Backing: Fiberglass or aluminium foil.

  • Honeycomb structure: 3003 Aluminium foil.

  • Adhesives: Modified astronautic grade epoxy resin (-40.C to 100.C for long term).

  • Suspender: Stainless steel Stone

SPECIFICATION 

  • Material: 3-8mm Natural Stone. Backing: 13mm or 18mm Aluminium Honeycomb Panel.

  • Total Thickness: 10 - 25mm.

  • Maximum size: 1500*3000mm (marble) and 1200*2400mm (granite).

  • Our MOQ is typically 1 pallet per design, but we recommend ordering a minimum of a 20” container to ensure secure delivery. We accept mixed loading of multiple products.

    For special orders such as trial orders, the MOQ is negotiable based on specific conditions.

    If we have stock available, we can arrange loading within approximately 7 days. However, if stock is insufficient, we may need to wait for production or delivery from another country , Europe or elsewhere.

  • Generally we accept the following two payment terms:

    1) Bank Transfer

    50% advance payment as deposit to keep the stock or arrange the production, the balance before loading.

    2) L/C at sight
