we are a sintered and ceramic and natural stone importer working with the largest manufacturing companies in china to provide our Australian customers with the best products available , we are involved in the manufacturing process, which allows us to have better control over product quality and timely delivery .

Where are you located? How to reach your company?

Our head office and showroom are located in sydney and he factory is in Foshan City, Guangdong Province, which is the ceramic center of China.

Our Factory is located in Fengcheng City, Jiangxi Province.

What is the MOQ for your sintered stone products?.

Our MOQ is typically 1 pallet per design, but we recommend ordering a minimum of a 20” container to ensure secure delivery. We accept mixed loading of multiple products.

For special orders such as trial orders, the MOQ is negotiable based on specific conditions.

Do you provide samples, and if so, are they free of charge?

Yes, we provide samples of our sintered stone products, some are some are not, depending on size requested.

In most cases, our samples are free of charge, however we ask customers to cover the courier costs or provide their courier account details.

What is the lead time for production and delivery if I place the order?

The lead time for delivery is 2-5 days, depending on the quantity and specific requirements of your order if we have stock available, however, if stock is insufficient, we may need to wait for production and delivery 6-8 weeks.

Upon order confirmation, our sales team will provide you with an estimated timeline based on your specific order details.

Are you able to offer installation guidance of your sintered stone?

Yes, we can provide installation guidance. Our team has expertise in installation methods and can assist you with any questions or recommendations.

What are your payment terms?

Generally we accept the following two payment terms:

1) Bank Transfer

50% advance payment as deposit to keep the stock or arrange the production, the balance before loadin

Yes , cash or any Card or Direct bank transfer
