Lightweight porcelain honeycomb panels allow us to meet the growing demand for more environmentally friendly building materials. A combined beauty of large porcelain panelling with the incredible underlying strength of an aluminium honeycomb structure provides a beautiful classic look with superior strength. By taking sheets of porcelain veneer ( 5mm thick) and gluing it over the top of our flexible and durable honeycomb panel, we’ve created an ultra-lightweight panel that is quick to install, incredibly durable and an outstanding choice for interior or exterior cladding.

PANEL COMPOSTION

Top Material: 5-6mm/9mm Porcelain
Backing: 10mm, 20, 25mm aluminium honeycomb or fibreglass sheets in between honeycomb core
Core Material= 3003 Or 5052 aluminium foil
Adhesive: Aero grade epoxy adhesive
Anchoring Brackets: Aluminium or stainless steel

These sketches give us the necessary information for the handling and transport of the trestles that support the pieces, which need to only be moved one at a time. Recommendations, descriptions, measurements, and weights shall mark the first steps to follow depending on the transport vehicle or the amount of material that it carries each time.

In all cases we are talking about the volume of pieces, the regulations in each country, or the vehicle type, which will indicate the amount of weight that can be transported, not always being the maximum possible volume, so that it should be checked individually in each case

Our MOQ is typically 1 pallet per design, but we recommend ordering a minimum of a 20” container to ensure secure delivery. We accept mixed loading of multiple products.
